Helicobacter Pylori Eradication in Functional Dyspepsia
Conditions: Dyspepsia; Helicobacter Pylori Infection Interventions: Drug: Clarithromycin 500 mg twice a day, Amoxicillin 1000mg twice a day and Pantoprazole 40mg twice a day for two weeks, followed by six more weeks of Pantoprazole 40mg once daily; Drug: Proton pump inhibitors (Pantoprazole 40 mg or equivalent) for eight weeks and prokinetics before meals (Le vosulpiride 25mg, Acotiamide 100mg, Itopride 50mg) as when required.
