Glyburide therapy for gestational diabetes: Glycaemic control, maternal hypoglycaemia, and treatment failure.

CONCLUSIONS: Glyburide is an effective treatment for reaching glycaemic goals during pregnancy in women with GDM. The risk of maternal hypoglycaemia may be minimized by clinical practice experience.
