Ticagrelor or Prasugrel in Patients with ST-Segment-Elevation Myocardial Infarction Undergoing Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention.

Conclusions: In patients with STEMI undergoing primary PCI, there was no significant difference in the primary endpoint between prasugrel and ticagrelor.
