The association of PD-L1 gene polymorphisms with non-small-cell lung cancer susceptibility and clinical outcomes in a Chinese population.

CONCLUSIONS: PD-L1 rs7866740 C>G may play a role in the pathogenesis of NSCLC. PD-L1 rs2890658 C>A and rs822336 G>C are related to the prognoses of patients receiving platinum-based chemotherapy.
