Advanced osteoradionecrosis of the maxilla: a 15-year, single-institution experience of surgical management.

CONCLUSIONS AND SIGNIFICANCE: Compared with mandibular ORN, the surgical effect of maxillary lesions is better and the choice of operation methods can be relatively conservative.
