The association of cognitive phenotypes with postoperative outcomes after epilepsy surgery in patients with temporal lobe epilepsy.

CONCLUSIONS: Distinct cognitive phenotypes in TLE can be identified using clinical criteria and may reflect neurodevelopmental influences and mood in addition to progression of the disease.
