Capsaicin attenuates liver fibrosis by targeting Notch signaling to inhibit TNF- α secretion from M1 macrophages.

CONCLUSION: Taken together, capsaicin alleviates liver fibrosis by inactivation of Notch signaling and further inhibiting TNF-α secretion from M1 macrophage.
