Do Illness Perception Predict Perceived Learning Needs Among Patients Treated With Percutaneous Coronary Intervention.
CONCLUSION: Hence, the patients' IP influences perceived learning needs, which may be included in routine clinical assessments. Tailored health education programs are needed for patients treated with PCI; such a program should target patients who perceived low levels of personal and treatment control over illness and have a high perception of symptoms.
