Secondary pituitary hormonal dysfunction patterns: tumor size and subtype matter

ConclusionOur study shows that the rate and distribution of SHD in SM vary dependent upon the size of the tumor and specific pathology; in particular, NFA are more likely to present with multiple SHDs. Our data will help clinicians in determining adequate hormonal testing strategy for different SM.
