Fetal aortic valvuloplasty may rescue fetuses with critical aortic stenosis and hydrops.
CONCLUSION: Fetuses with CAS and hydrops can be successfully treated with FAV. It has the potential to restore a sufficient fetal cardiac output, which may lead to resolution of hydrops.
