Posterolateral or direct lateral approach for hemiarthroplasty after femoral neck fractures: a systematic review.

CONCLUSION: Based on low-quality studies, PLA may be associated with more dislocations, but patients had less walking problems and a lower tendency to abductor insufficiency compared with DLA.
