How to preserve the properties of polyphenols and flavonoids in oncological treatments?

(Universitat Rovira i Virgili) A new technique preserves the anti-carcinogenic properties of polyphenols and flavonoids in oncological treatments. The research opens the door to developing more natural drugs that are less toxic for patients with cancer. The results of this study led by researchers from the URV have been published in the journal Scientific Reports.
