A cesarean delivery sequela:

A 50-year-old woman with a history of 3 cesarean deliveries underwent robotic-assisted total laparoscopic hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, and sentinel lymph node biopsy for grade 1 endometrioid endometrial cancer. During the bladder dissection, surgeons encountered a sudden and large amount of tumor spill from the lower uterine wall at the vesicouterine reflection point. Surgery was converted to laparotomy to avoid increased spillage or tumor spread. The specimen had a 2.5 ×1–cm horizontal sharp defect in the lower uterine segment (Figure 1).
