Improved Sleep Quality Improves Blood Pressure Control among Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease: A Pilot Study.

CONCLUSION: Optimizing sleep quality and duration to >6 h/night improved BP control and was associated with a significant delta change in SBP within 3 months of follow-up.
