Differential bronchoalveolar expression of candidate microRNAs in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma bronchiale and pulmonary sarcoidosis

Conclusion: The differences in BAL miRNA expression between the investigated pulmonary diseases may contribute to variation of inflammatory response in their pathomechanisms.
