Ischemic Charcot foot: different disease with different treatment?
Conclusion: Patients with Charcot foot deformity can be affected by critical limb ischemia and revascularization therapy is necessary, to support surgical and orthopedic treatment, avoiding amputation and leading to limb and foot salvage.
