Effect of substituting different concentrations of soybean lecithin and egg yolk in tris-based extender on goat semen cryopreservation.

In conclusion, the extenders supplemented with 20% EY and 2.0% SL had similar effects on spermatozoa preservation. These results indicate that a soybean lecithin-based diluent may be used as an alternative extender to egg yolk for the cryopreservation of goat semen.
