Response to Letter to the Editor by Zhang et al

We thank Zhang et  al.1 for their valuable comments on our study. We would like to address their criticisms. First, we agree that the inclusion of other databases may have produced a different listing of randomized controlled trials (RCTs). We indeed did not search Chinese databases because of a lack of language ski lls and resources, as mentioned in our discussion. Furthermore, language barriers and high costs associated with translation prevented the author from including non-English literature.
