Variables associated with patient-reported symptoms in persons with chronic phase chronic myeloid leukemia receiving tyrosine kinase inhibitor therapy
Conclusions:
Demographic and social variables, type of TKI-therapy, therapy duration, and depth of response were associated with patient-reported symptoms in persons with chronic phase CML. Certain symptoms have adverse impact on HRQoL.
