Isolated adrenal metastectomy has a low morbidity rate irrespective of performing surgical sub-specialty.

CONCLUSIONS: Patients undergoing adrenalectomy in the setting of disseminated cancer did not have significantly worse perioperative outcomes compared to patients undergoing adrenalectomy for other indications.
