Could eating less meat REALLY cut your risk of cancer, heart disease and type 2 diabetes?
Results of the analysis, led by 14 experts from seven countries, showed eating three servings less of unprocessed red meat each week was linked to a seven per cent lower risk of ever developing cancer.
