ConclusionsEmotion dysregulation is associated with symptoms of depression and anxiety in PwMS. Given the malleability of this construct, this study underscores the importance of further investigating emotion dysregulation, and possibly adopting it as a surrogate endpoint in interventions targeting affective disorders in PwMS.
