Relationship Between mTOR Signaling Activation and Postoperative Neurocognitive Disorder in Aged Rats
Conclusions:
Our results indicate that an altered mTOR signaling pathway after a splenectomy causes PND in aged rats, which can be alleviated by rapamycin.
