Chronic Antidepressant Treatment Impairs the Acquisition of Fear Extinction
Conclusions: These results provide further evidence that chronic antidepressant treatment can impair amygdala-dependent learning. Our findings are consistent with a role for glutamatergic neurotransmission in the final common pathway of antidepressant treatment.
