High ‐Dose Gabapentin for the Treatment of Severe Alcohol Withdrawal Syndrome: A Retrospective Cohort Analysis
ConclusionEarly initiation of high ‐dose gabapentin was associated with a significant reduction in benzodiazepine exposure, faster stabilization of alcohol withdrawal–related symptoms, and shorter hospital length of stay.
