Just for context, I don't have any insurance choices and I'm taking further maths, chemistry and physics. I have an A in maths A-level from yr 12, but I really fudged the paper 1 Chemistry exam last week (to the point where I think an A is completely out of reach.)
I've read a little into resits, applying to Europe, clearing and GEM - but it'd be nice to hear from someone actually in that position.
At the moment I'm thinking that provided I don't completely fail, I would resit Chemistry and take up Biology in a year. Then apply with grades in 2020, to start uni in 2021. Although, ...
