Mo1340 A 7 DAY TRIPLE THERAPY EFFICACY IS SIMILAR WITH 14-DAY THERAPY FOR THE ERADICATION OF HELICOBACTER PYLORI WITH NO POINT MUTATION IN 23S RRNA
Eradication rates decline due to high rates of resistance to antibiotics, especially clarithromycin. Therefore, several guidelines recommend the 14 days eradication for Helicobacter pylori to overcome this problem. Real-time PCR test has been used to detect the 23S rRNA point mutation associated with clarithromycin resistance. The aim of this study is to compare the efficacy of 7 day and 14 day triple therapy for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori with no mutation of 23S rRNA.
