ConclusionsALLPS improved the CRLM outcomes; ALPPS is feasible in patients with PHC after failure of portal vein embolization; ALPPS may be an option for HCC patients with major vascular invasion and thrombosis. The simplified and less-invasive ALPPS needs to be simplified.
