Drug utilization patterns of flupirtine following implementation of risk minimization measures in Germany.

CONCLUSIONS: While physicians generally restricted flupirtine prescriptions to the short-term treatment duration recommended in the labeling, the other labeling recommendations were not as stringently adopted.
