CONCLUSION: A clinical score encompassing birth weight and/or length, short stature, microcephaly and IGF-1 is useful for selecting patients for IGF1R analysis. Feeding problems are common and the growth response to GH treatment is moderate. PMID: 30848790 [PubMed - as supplied by publisher]
