Fiducial marker based intra-fraction motion assessment on cine-MR for MR-Linac treatment of prostate cancer.

Conclusion We have developed a robust, fast and accurate FM tracking algorithm for cine-MR data, which allows for continuous monitoring of prostate motion during MR-guided radiotherapy (MRgRT).
