ConclusionsHibernoma located in the posterior fossa is a unique condition, which may cause acute deterioration of the patient. These lesions may radiologically mimic vascular malformations. Hibernoma must be kept in mind of neurological surgeons in the differential diagnosis of posterior fossa mass lesions.
