Influence of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp on the lower airway of subjects without lower airway diseases.
CONCLUSIONS: CT findings suggesting chronic sinusitis and nasal polyp were associated with subclinical lower airway flow limitation even in the absence of underlying lung disease.
