Hydrocortisone, Vitamin C and thiamine for the treatment of sepsis and septic shock following cardiac surgery

Conclusion: Combination of vitamin C, thiamine and hydrocortisone reduces vasopressor requirement in adult cardiac surgical patients with septic shock.
