Lifestyle modifications as therapy for medication refractory post-traumatic headache (PTHA) in the military population of Okinawa

ConclusionsAn implemented program geared towards reducing polypharmacy was shown to improve safety, quality of life and reduce hospitalizations from the burden of migraines.
