Late Breaking Abstract - Right heart structural changes, exercise capacity and stress induced right ventricle dysfunction in non- severe COPD patients without pulmonary hypertension at rest.

Conclusion: In patients with non-severe COPD right sided cardiac structural changes are associated with lower six minute walk distance and stress induced right ventricular diastolic dysfunction. These findings may indicate that echocardiographic evidence of pulmonary vasculopathy are present in patients with non-severe COPD and contributes to decreased physical activity.
