Peritoneal Dialysis Exit Site Pyoderma Gangrenosum: A Case Report

Conclusions: Lesions at the PD catheter exit site are usually treated for infections. However, for ulcers that are painful, rapidly expanding, nonhealing, and unresponsive to antibiotics, PG should be considered as a differential diagnosis.
