Guillain Barr é syndrome in arbovirus outbreak, Campylobacter claims his throne
In the present short communication, we make of your knowledge results obtained from the investigation of Guillain Barr é syndrome in Mexico, since 2016, where we have found interesting data, such as a very low incidence of Zika as responsible for the syndrome and in counterpart the presence of campilobacter, one of the main agents known in the pre- Zika era. In addition, other neurotropic viruses have been found, s o this experience recommends a protocol of causative agents that includes viruses and bacteria with neurotropic potential.
