The Efficacy of Ultrasound-Guided Paravertebral Block in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy.

Conclusions: Ultrasound-guided PVB is a useful and safe approach for pain management during and after LC. Preoperative block can also reduce the rate of requirement for intraoperative opioid and postoperative analgesia.
