UMass Amherst biophysicist, cell biologist team up to explore mechanics of cell division

(University of Massachusetts at Amherst) Ross says they received this grant because they are offering two different ways of thinking, combining our understanding of biology by applying physics concepts to the problem of mechanisms of spindle physical arrangement and microtubules.
