Protective effect of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell exosomes on preserving the morphology and angiogenesis of placenta in rats with preeclampsia.

CONCLUSION: hucMSC-Ex, in a dose-dependent manner, can improve the morphology of placental tissue in rats with PE, by inhibiting cell apoptosis and promoting angiogenesis in placental tissue.
