ConclusionsNon–inferior vena cava retroperitoneal leiomyosarcomas are large heterogeneous tumors arising in the perirenal space and frequently metastasize to lungs, peritoneum, and liver. From a radiologist’s perspective, non–IVC LMS behave similar to IVC-LMS.
