The Value of F-18 FDG PET/CT in the Management of Castleman's Disease

Conclusion F-18 FDG PET/CT showed higher SUVmax in patients with histopathological transformation than those without transformation, and could also track the CD response to chemotherapy, which demonstrated PET/CT may be a useful tool in monitoring of chemotherapeutic response and surveillance of histopathological transformation of CD.
