Monte Carlo simulation of chemistry following radiolysis with TOPAS-nBio.

In conclusion, radiolysis and subsequent chemistry with Geant4-DNA has been successfully incorporated in TOPAS-nBio. Results are in reasonable agreement with published measured and simulated data.
