Huge Bursitis Associated With Scapular Osteochondroma Presenting as a Giant Mass of the Chest Wall: A Case Presentation

We present a case of huge scapulothoracic bursitis associated with scapular osteochondroma detected via computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) The bursa presented as a giant cystic mass on CT scan. A 19-year-old female patient presented with a giant left-sided posterolateral chest wall mass and left scapular elevation. She had a 4-month history of mild pain in the posterolateral aspect of the left chest wall. She did not participate in any sports activities and had no limitations in function of the left shoulder.
