439 The role of IL-37 in psoriasis
This study aimed to test the hypothesis that IL-37 suppresses inflammation in psoriasis. Biopsies from human lesional psoriasis (LP) and non-lesional psoriasis (NLP) were collected. In addition, biopsies were collected during treatment with either adalimumab (n= 6) or ustekinumab (n= 12; 6 responders and 6 non-responders).
