Xueshuantong Injection (Lyophilized) Attenuates Cerebral Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury by the Activation of Nrf2-VEGF Pathway.

In conclusion, administered XST for 7 days after stroke could significantly improve functional recovery and promote angiogenesis, that might be related to Nrf2 signaling pathway. These findings could provide scientific evidence for the use of XST in cerebral ischemic diseases and provide theoretical support for further studies.
