Use of ultrasonic scalpel and monopolar electrocautery for skin incisions in neck dissection: a prospective randomized trial

ConclusionUC results in less postoperative pain and less bleeding in the neck incision area. Accordingly, UC is superior to ME for skin incisions in neck dissection.
