Assessment of the predictive role of pretreatment Ki-67 and Ki-67 changes in breast cancer patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy according to the molecular classification: a retrospective study of 1010 patients
ConclusionsThe best cut-off for pretreatment Ki67 in predicting the connection with the tumor size lessening was 25.5% in luminal subtype. Aggressive adjuvant systemic treatments should be considered for patients with HER2-rich and triple-negative subtype who exhibit tumor shrinkage in NAC but still have high levels of Ki67.
