Lipid-lowering drugs, dyslipidemia, and breast cancer risk in a Medicare population
ConclusionsLipid-lowering drugs did not account for the lower breast cancer risk associated with dyslipidemia. Our data do not support using statins or other lipid-lowering drugs to prevent breast cancer.
